Crosby’s Stores is seeking a Sales Associate in New York to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You will help with sales, support food and beverage preparations, and promote My Crosby’s Rewards.

Responsibilities include cash handling, POS use, and following safety and operational guidelines. We value reliability, teamwork, and a customer‑first attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and reports.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made‑to‑order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance the customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

• Balance and report register activity at shift end.
• Follow all cash handling and store procedures.
• Monitor inventory and prevent loss.
