Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to be at the heart of our fast-paced store environment in Salina, KS. You will greet customers, assist with product knowledge, and handle checkout with a focus on delivering a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, flexible, tech-savvy, and strong communicators who can adapt on the floor and learn on the job. You will contribute to a energetic, fast-moving team and help maintain organized merchandise and stock levels.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage customers.
• Able to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, approaching and acknowledging them to provide help.
