Carter’s in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will warmly greet customers, explain product features, and help shoppers prepare for everyday moments with our baby essentials.

You’ll handle transactions, assist with omnichannel experiences, restock shelves, and keep the store welcoming and safe while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.

• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
