Job summary

Carter's, Inc. in Orlando, FL is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, explain product styles and benefits, and help them prepare for everyday parenting moments.

You will resolve customer questions in a fast-paced environment, support omnichannel shopping, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and inviting while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
