Belk is seeking a Selling Flex Associate in Gainesville, GA. This hourly role delivers a positive customer experience by assisting with merchandise selection, making recommendations, and processing transactions.

You will help drive sales, maintain presentations, and support store operations to meet objectives. Candidate must be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and available for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Dedication to customer service and achieving store objectives.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to store success.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and Windows-based devices.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers, providing personalized service.
• Apply suggestive selling techniques and offer product recommendations.
• Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns.
• Maintain selling areas with accurate signage, clean fitting rooms, and stock.
• Stay informed of products, promotions, policies, and store events to assist customers.
• Contribute to a positive store culture and assist with store fulfillment and pricing tasks.
