Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required; reading, writing and counting skills essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and varying hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate Customers.
• Operate cash register and handle cash according to policy.
• Recover merchandise and participate in mandatory freight processes.
• Complete plan-o-grams, assemble merchandise, perform janitorial duties, and execute price changes/markdowns.
