Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Member to support daily store operations and customer service. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Successful candidates communicate clearly with customers and team members, adapt to flexible scheduling including weekends, and uphold safety and loss-prevention measures while contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Clear and effective communication with customers and team members.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Assist customers entering and exiting the store and interact in a positive manner.
• Process transactions at the POS and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist in stocking, back stock, recovery, and display setup.
• Help with signage, price changes, and in-store promotions as directed by management.
• Support freight, recovery and out-of-stock processes.
