Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Sales Associate to be a friendly face and point of contact for customers. You will help customers locate and purchase merchandise, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, make change, bag merchandise.
• Follow merchandise processes; unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves and build displays.
• Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop floors, clean restrooms and receiving area.
