MFA Petroleum Company operates Break Time convenience stores and is seeking a Sales Associate to assist customers, process transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked. Responsibilities include merchandising, POS operations, and basic food preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, customer-service oriented, flexible for weekends/holidays, and able to learn new concepts and use a computer. Pre-employment background checks and drug tests may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability to work, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to perform basic math to make change and handle shift reports.
• Ability to learn new concepts, use technical materials, and operate a computer.
• Must obtain Food Handler’s Card or equivalent certifications.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Greet and thank customers; provide fast, friendly service and conduct accurate transactions.
• Merchandise and stock: price signage, promotions, keep merchandise stocked and clean.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with customers, vendors, coworkers, and management.
• Work as a team to meet customer needs while following regulations.
• Operate store technology: POS systems and devices; perform math and count products.
• Help train new employees on policies; perform loss-control tasks.
• Food preparation following recipes; inspect products for time/temperature, cleanliness, and portioning.
• Maintain a clean environment and proper product display and storage.
• Adhere to all MFA Oil policies and duties as assigned.
