Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and thank them as they are leaving.
• Demonstrate friendliness toward customers and co-workers.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation within the department.
• Provide personalized customer service within department.
• Answer phone calls promptly and transfer to the appropriate person or department.
• Ensure every item has a SKU and is priced.
• Set ad merchandise per promotional guidelines.
• Update price changes as directed by BPM.
• Execute merchandising plans as directed by BPM or store leadership.
• Ensure store is recovered, merchandise faced, and dated goods rotated.
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
• Stock freight and ensure adequate merchandise levels.
• Assist cashiers and perform cashiering tasks as needed.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervising manager.
