Job summary

Dollar General is seeking an employee to act as the point of contact for customers and to assist in stocking, merchandising, and displays. You will operate the cash register, process transactions, and help ensure a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking products, creating displays, and assisting customers with locating items while maintaining store policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; store merchandise in stock room or on sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays and rotate stock on shelves.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise and answering questions.
• Operate cash register and bag items; collect payment and make change.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners as needed.
