Paycom - ATS Beckley, WV seeks a customer-oriented Store Associate to greet customers, locate products, and upsell related items. You will manage cash transactions, ensure accurate change, and follow all payment processes and state laws for lottery, alcohol, and tobacco.

The role requires stock management, sanitation, and adherence to store safety protocols. You will report incidents to the on-duty manager and participate in daily shift reporting.

Qualificações

• Experience greeting and assisting customers.
• Ability to operate a cash register and process payments.
• Knowledge of loyalty programs and promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Present a well-groomed, professional image at all times.
• Greet and welcome all customers with a smile.
• Assist customers in locating products when needed.
• Upsell related products when appropriate.
• Record sales on the cash register and provide correct change.
• Understand approved payment systems and transaction processes.
• Follow state laws on lottery, alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Promote enrollment in loyalty programs.
• Monitor store and report suspicious activity to the Manager on duty.
• Observe gas pumps to prevent drive-off theft and report incidents.
• Report malfunctioning equipment to the Manager on duty.
• Stock coolers and shelves and ensure proper pricing.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in all food service areas.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining a safe store environment.
• Adhere to Locked Door policy when in effect.
• Follow security and emergency protocols.
• Report customer accidents to the Manager on duty.
• Adhere to corporate policies.
• Report problems to the Manager on Duty.
• Complete Daily Shift Report.
