Job summary

Duchess is hiring Team Members in Westerville, OH to deliver friendly service and accurate transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Duchess Team Member you will greet customers, handle cash and payments, stock shelves, maintain a clean store, and support loyalty programs while complying with safety regulations. No prior retail experience required, but helpful for growth within our expanding network.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfort with technology

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions using POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
• Walk/stand/squat/lift/reach as required in a demanding environment
