Job summary

Goodwill Northern New England in Falmouth, Maine is seeking friendly retail associates for our front-of-house team. You’ll ring up purchases, assist customers, and keep the sales floor inviting and organized.

Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, fitting rooms, and maintaining a cheerful atmosphere. A flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) is required; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude to create a welcoming work environment.
• Basic math and literacy skills for transactions.
• Flexibility for a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a criminal background check per agency standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle merchandising tasks.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately.
