Primary duties include greeting customers, operating the register, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming environment for shoppers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications describe a friendly, positive demeanor and the ability to handle transactions.
• Basic Math and Literacy Skills are essential for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background check required per agency standards.
• Physical ability to move objects up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 10 lbs. constantly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the register and ring up purchases with a cheerful, professional demeanor.
• Assist with merchandising to keep the sales floor inviting and organized.
• Attend to fitting rooms and help customers with their purchasing decisions.
• Foster a team-focused, supportive environment for customers and coworkers.
