Holiday Oil in West Valley City is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate (21+) to assist customers, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment. You will ensure accurate transactions, greet customers, and help with safety procedures at the pumps.

The role requires good math, basic computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, including cash registers and other POS systems.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers.
• Effective communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Ability to collaborate with the team to manage workload and pace effectively.
• Willingness to learn about store processes, products, and services.
• Ability to remain composed in confrontational situations.
• Capability to work in a high-volume, sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Sunday through Saturday. Availability to open and close the store as needed.
• Must be able to work in cold environments, such as outdoor cold weather and indoor coolers.
• Must also be able to work in heat during the summer months to perform outdoor duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
