Job summary

Holiday Oil is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our Utah team. You will assist customers, process transactions, restock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe. The role requires 21+ years of age and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend availability and open/close shifts are expected. You will handle fuel pumps and ensure age verification for restricted products while delivering excellent customer service and teamwork in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team player able to handle workload in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn store processes, products and services.
• Able to stay composed in confrontational situations.
• Able to work in a high-volume, sometimes high-pressure setting.
• Availability to work Sunday through Saturday and open/close shifts.
• Comfort with cold outdoor weather and indoor coolers, and hot summer conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Accurately process transactions at the cash register.
• Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness including sales floor, restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers as needed.
• Follow safety procedures including age verification for restricted products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
