• Maintain merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for sales floor per procedures.
• Assist in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Offer feedback and take constructive criticism.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
