Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and restores stock as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and supports safety.
• Assists in store recovery and closing tasks.
• Adheres to labor laws and store policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
