Responsibilities

• Delivers excellent customer service by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash accurately per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares items for the floor.
• Supports store recovery and safety standards.
• Participates in shrink reduction and loss prevention.
• Acts with honesty, integrity, and respect; supports strong store culture.
• Other duties as assigned
