Job summary

Marshalls in El Paso, TX is hiring to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience while maintaining a clean, organized store. You will engage with customers, support operations, and promote rewards programs as part of a vibrant team at TJX Companies.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a customer-first attitude, with a starting hourly pay between $13.00 and $13.50, depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
