Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a team member to deliver exceptional customer service and keep the store inviting and organized. You’ll engage with customers, process purchases and returns, and help promote card and loyalty programs.

The role supports store operations, merchandising, and safety while offering a flexible schedule and competitive benefits in a fast-paced off-price retail environment. Starting pay is posted as USD 14.00–14.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow within TJX’s family of brands

Qualifications

• Prior retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support store needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare goods for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention initiatives.
• Adhere to labor laws and company policies; assist in other duties as assigned.
