Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking Sales Associates in Wilmington to keep the store welcoming and running smoothly. You will greet customers, operate the register, stock merchandise, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and the stamina to be on your feet most of the shift are required. Prior retail experience is a plus, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register accurately.
• Learn and follow age-verification rules for lottery, tobacco, and alcohol.
• Upsell when appropriate to increase sales.
• Keep store clean inside and out, including restrooms, pumps area, and parking lot.
• Stock shelves and displays and maintain a neat, inviting storefront.
• Be flexible to work in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
