Minuteman Food Mart is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our family-focused team. You will greet customers, assist with product finding, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

We value friendly, fast service and flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required; we welcome dedicated individuals who enjoy working with people and contributing

Qualifications

• Must have a people-first mentality and provide fast, friendly service.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Follow cash handling procedures and store discounts.
• Know all products including new arrivals and promotions.
• Keep shelves clean and organized; remove expired or damaged items.
