Qualifications

• Attention to detail for merchandising and stock.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner and provide outstanding service.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering pricing and promotion questions.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems for transactions (cash, card, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and neatly stocked shelves.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with rotation and organization.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Follow cash handling, coupons, and discount procedures.
• Know products, new arrivals, and promotions.
• Track expiration dates and remove expired/damaged items.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures for perishable items.
• Collaborate with team on opening/closing procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Comply with company policies including safety and security.
• Assist with cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, sanitizing).
