Job summary

Legion in Salem, MA is seeking a motivated Retail Associate to greet customers, handle transactions, stock and organize merchandise, and keep the store clean and welcoming throughout the day.

You will assist customers with product questions, maintain displays, and support team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required, and reliability is valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Operate the cash register and process customer purchases
• Assist customers with finding products, sizes, and other questions
• Restock merchandise as inventory is sold
• Fold, organize, and properly display clothing and merchandise
• Keep shelves, racks, counters, and other store areas neat and organized
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
• Help receive, unpack, and organize new inventory
• Monitor the sales floor and ensure merchandise remains properly displayed
• Assist with other general store duties as needed
