Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with eye contact, a smile, and a friendly hello throughout the store.
• Assist customers with merchandise and answer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Follow all company policies for cash, checks, refunds and POS transactions with accuracy.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, and replenishment to support monthly presentation guidelines.
• Report unsafe conditions and participate in Loss Prevention awareness as required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with the dress code.
