Job summary

Stevens Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I who will independently manage a range of customer projects from order to shipment, owning timelines and coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales to keep activities on track.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the dealer network, lead communications with customers on specifications and timelines, validate order details, and help resolve issues to maintain momentum and ensure quality project

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience managing established customer relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.
• Travel less than 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Dealer Network customer orders, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Lead communication with customers regarding specifications, timelines, and follow-up.
• Validate order details and resolve order discrepancies proactively to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with Sales to review pricing and scope questions, obtaining necessary approvals for nonstandard requests.
• Own day-to-day coordination of projects through Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
• Track project progress and update stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Anticipate issues and address risks or delays with internal teams.
• Assist field-related coordination, such as delivery timing and site-specific details.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation within ERP and tracking systems.
