Job summary

MDAEdge is seeking an Associate Program Manager to drive customer strategies across products from new product introduction through volume production. The role leads the Customer Focus Team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and profitable relationships, with a background in EMS/CM essential.

The position demands strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet contractual obligations and optimize program performance across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) or Contract Manufacturer (CM).
• Strong collaboration across customer focus teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with pricing, NPI processes, and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and prioritize all activities.
• Serve as primary day-to-day customer contact and manage overall health of the relationship.
• Execute to NPI processes and monitor S&OP to plan transitions.
