Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is hiring a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger at our Worthington location. You will bag groceries at checkout, assist customers, and keep the store tidy to create a welcoming shopping experience.

Part-time, on-site role with opportunities to learn store operations and customer service. Experience is a plus, and we value honesty, integrity, and teamwork while serving customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Aim for at least five items per bag and prevent damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging with reusable/plastic/paper bags.
• Assist in removing merchandise from the bottom of bascarts at checkout.
• Offer to help customers load bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
