Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a friendly Convenience Store Team Member to deliver courteous service, operate the point-of-sale system, and assist in the overall store operations. You will handle fuel and merchandise transactions and help maintain a clean, safe retail environment.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and solid cash handling and math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Cash handling and basic math skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a quick and efficient check-out experience.
• Process and handle monetary transactions including cash, check, gift card, and cards.
• Follow regulations for tobacco, lottery, and alcohol transactions.
• Maintain clean and safe store areas, including restrooms and food prep areas.
• Operate gas mart pumps and related documentation.
• Open and close the store and ensure security of the facility.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and credit card offerings.
