Fleet Farm is seeking a friendly, self-motivated Convenience Store Team Member to deliver a courteous customer experience. You will handle sales, process payments, and support daily store operations, including gas pumps and safety procedures.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to cash handling practices. Candidates should be comfortable in varied temperatures and customer-facing environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures, including simple math.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work in a variety of temperatures, including cooler, freezer, and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a quick and efficient check-out experience and accurate transactions.
• Process monetary transactions including cash, check, gift card, and credit/debit cards.
• Follow regulations for tobacco, lottery, and alcohol transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of store areas including restrooms and floors.
• Operate gas pumps and related equipment and documentation.
• Assist in overall C-Store operations and security.
