Applegreen invites team members to join our travelers-focused locations across the Northeast and Midwest. As a Team Member, you will deliver friendly service, handle payments, and help prepare and serve high-quality food while maintaining clean, stocked workstations.

You will be part of a fast-paced team, involved in daily tasks from cash handling to food prep, and will follow brand standards and safety policies. Flexible schedules and strong attendance are expected.

Qualifications

• Desirable: friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing interaction with customers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food, maintain cleanliness and stocking of the workstation.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and all company policies.
