Applegreen US is seeking a Team Member – Full Time to deliver friendly service, clean and stock, process payments, and prepare quality food at travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest. This role supports a fast-paced guest experience and requires reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat interaction with customers and coworkers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, dating and storing.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
