You will handle bakery, deli, and prepared foods tasks, operate order systems, and contribute to department sales through knowledgeable customer interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer systems and equipment (e.g., PC, symbol, scales, label machine) is required.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and take orders by phone or in person.
• Prepare, package, and merchandise fresh product daily.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Clean and sanitize display cases; operate and maintain equipment.
• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards and store procedures.
• Record production and assist in bakery production planning; assist with baking, frying, decorating.
• Deli: manage service counter, use ordering systems, and perform inventory processes.
• Prepare and package products for prepared foods; educate customers on prep/reheating instructions.
