Job summary

Honey Dew crew member at Global Partners in Webster, MA, moving around the store and trained on the POS, with ability to operate machines for food prep. You will stand most shifts and regularly walk to prepare customer orders, while engaging with customers and delivering great service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers at the cash register, taking drive-thru orders when applicable, promoting current promotions, and preparing food safely according to Honey Dew guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to assist customers at a cash register and Drive-thru (if applicable).
• Comfort interacting with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the cash register.
• Take and fill Drive-thru orders (if applicable).
• Inform customers of promotions when appropriate.
• Prepare food safely and per Honey Dew guidelines.
• Maintain clean uniform and area, including cleaning tasks.
• Reconcile cash and complete shift reports.
• Assist with deliveries and stock organization.
• Maintain temperature logs and track food waste.
• Available weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and attend mandatory meetings.
• Frequent lifting (1–15 lbs) and occasional up to 50 lbs.
