The role emphasizes knowledge of electrical and plumbing products, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates will hold a Class E license (or be able to obtain one) and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical and/or plumbing products is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written; customer-focused attitude.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class E license; clean driving record.
• Professional, discreet handling of confidential information; team player under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service and store assistance to customers and co-workers.
• Contribute to branch growth and customer satisfaction through proactive problem solving.
• Handle inquiries at the counter, answer phones, release tickets, assist with deliveries as needed.
• Maintain accurate, efficient, and timely work practices; safeguard confidential information.
