Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions in a courteous and timely manner.
• Greet customers and assist with questions and purchases.
• Verify merchandise quantities, descriptions and prices for transactions.
• Handle returns, exchanges and payment processing.
• Answer phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Receive payments for COD and assist credit applications.
• Count tenders, prepare deposits and balance the drawer daily.
• Direct customers to items and coordinate with team for assistance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect company assets.
• Follow all cashier procedures and adhere to company policy.
