Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) in Mississippi is seeking a friendly Cashier to accurately process customer transactions and provide excellent service.

You will greet customers, verify merchandise, handle returns, count cash, stock overhead areas, and maintain a clean, well-organized checkout. Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays is required; experience with cash handling and POS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented and able to interact with customers, vendors, and associates.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stock items in overhead areas.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Accurate cash handling and awareness of company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer transactions (credit cards, cash, checks, etc.).
• Greet customers entering and exiting the store.
• Verify merchandise quantities, descriptions, and prices for transactions.
• Handle returns/exchanges and sales of merchandise.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage payments on commercial accounts and cash deposits.
• Prepare and file due tickets and rain checks as needed.
• Count tenders, prepare deposits, and organize the cash drawer.
• Follow cash handling procedures and safeguard assets.
• Direct customers to items and assist teammates as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform other tasks as assigned.
