Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment and adheres to operational standards
• Accurately rings customer purchases and returns and counts change
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Participates in store recovery and maintains safety and cleanliness
• Supports loss prevention initiatives and safety awareness
• Other duties as assigned
