Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Illinois is seeking a full-time Cashier/Customer Service Associate to greet customers, operate the checkout, and support a variety of store functions. You will scan items, apply coupons, and help customers with loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized checkout area.

The role involves assisting other departments as needed, handling returns, and resolving customer inquiries with a helpful, positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Perform the duties of the Self-Checkout attendant as needed.
• Perform Customer Care duties including returns and answering the phone as needed.
• Assist other departments as assigned.
• Assist with customer carryout as needed.
• Perform duties of the Sales Floor Associate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and leaving the store and at checkout.
• Scan items and ensure pricing accuracy and apply coupons.
• Assist customers with checkout and loyalty sign-ups.
• Maintain checkout area cleanliness and organization.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate to management when necessary.
