Qualifications

• Duties of self-checkout attendant as needed.
• Customer care including returns and phone handling as needed.
• Assist other departments as assigned.
• Assist with customer carryout as needed.
• Sales floor associate duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and leaving the store with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Greet customers at the checkout line and scan items for accuracy.
• Redeem in-store and manufacturer coupons.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain checkout area cleanliness.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Support Blain’s Rewards Mastercard applications, loyalty sign-ups, and BEST Protection Plans.
