Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Cashier to receive and process payments for services and parts, explain service recommendations, and manage estimates and invoices. The role requires accuracy, friendly customer interactions, and basic math aptitude.

You will maintain customer data in the system and ensure smooth payment processing. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of money-handling experience, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Affinity for math.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Answer telephone inquiries and route calls.
• Receive and process payment using POS equipment.
• Process credit/debit transactions and other payments.
• Operate system software to maintain customer data.
• Encourage repeat business and thank customers for their purchase.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
