Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process cash, credit, debit, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow cash-handling procedures, returns, exchanges, layaways, and price disputes.
• Answer customer questions and provide basic product information.
• Educate customers about Rural King Loyalty Program, RK Visa, and RK Plus Protection Plan.
• Maintain checkout areas and assist with cross-training.
