Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers in the store.
• Process transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently at the checkout.
• Understand POS system and handle various payment methods per policy.
• Follow loss-prevention guidelines and adhere to cash handling limits.
• Ensure compliance with age-restricted item rules and store policies.
• Communicate pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator and resolve issues.
• Stay current with ads and promotions and assist customers with product questions.
• Maintain food safety and safety procedures in the store.
• Assist with housekeeping and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Provide friendly service to all customers, including minors and those with special needs.
