Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers and internal teams.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and maintains store standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash according to procedures.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Supports store safety, cleanliness, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Participates in store recovery and general operations as needed.
