Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Cashier to be the face of the store, processing customer orders quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional service.

You will handle cash and payments, assist customers with locating products, and maintain clean checkout areas in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of cashiering experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of cashiering experience.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with the ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and change; provide information and resolve complaints.
• Maintain checkout areas in a clean and orderly condition and assist with stocking shelves.
• Communicate effectively with the front end manager and Head Cashier.
