Job summary

GATE Express Carwash in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sales Associate for the Towncenter location. You will greet guests, answer questions, and ensure customer service is the priority while guiding vehicles through the car wash.

Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate a computer with basic POS/kiosk skills. Training and safety PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must bend, kneel, stoop, and reach including overhead.
• Must work indoors and outdoors, enduring temperature changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with prompt assistance and accommodations to guest questions or requests.
• Facilitate a fast vehicle processing by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash.
• Guide guests using clear hand signals according to procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and restrooms.
