Job summary

The C-Store Clerk position at Mountain View Co-op in Conrad, MT handles daily customer interactions, processes transactions at the POS, and supports store operations with a focus on safety and accuracy. You will work under the Location Manager, participate in promotions, maintain merchandise and shelves, and help with safety compliance, product handling, and occasional equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Forklift Certification or ability to obtain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience through courteous interactions with customers.
• Operate the POS system accurately and maintain cash control procedures.
• Ensure the store is stocked, merchandised, and neatly faced.
• Follow safety procedures for fuels and hazardous materials.
• Assist in facility and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Follow MVC policies and other duties as assigned.
