Job summary

Citi in Darien, IL offers an entry-level, part-time Universal Banker role supporting sales and service delivery within the customer service team. You will assist with account opening, resolve service issues, and help drive loyalty among consumer clients.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, referring opportunities to segment partners, and creating sales opportunities while ensuring compliance with bank procedures and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant retail banking experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customer.
• Provide service delivery to internal/external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities out of service transactions and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch by participating in seminars and campaigns.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures.
